Development that lasts
Young players change fast. Coordination, confidence, and decision making arrive on different clocks. Jerome starts with what the player already feels is working — then names the details that unlock the next level.
It is as important to sharpen a strength as it is to close a weakness. Sessions stay demanding and joyful, because that is how the work actually sticks.

Meet Coach Jerome
Coaching started the day Jerome signed his first professional contract at 18 with VfB Stuttgart. He was fascinated by how precisely the staff could read an opponent — and he began training Stuttgart’s youth players, ages 6 to 16, on the side.
He came through the Hertha BSC academy in Berlin, the same pathway that produced John Brooks, Kevin Boateng, Antonio Rüdiger, and Nico Schulz. Four years at Stuttgart brought a Bundesliga debut. At Fortuna Düsseldorf he helped win the 2. Bundesliga title and promotion. In Texas he led El Paso Locomotive with 12 goals and a Western Conference Final run, then signed with David Beckham’s Inter Miami CF for the club’s first MLS season — and later trained on loan with Fort Lauderdale CF.
Along the way he earned two senior caps for the United States Men’s National Team, plus years in the U-18, U-20, and U-23 programs. He still trains the way he wished someone had trained him: individually, with joy, and with a clear picture of the player’s own goals before the first cone goes down.

Inside the work
Sessions live on grass in Fort Lauderdale — cones, ladders, finishing to the corners, and the kind of one-touch work players still talk about on the ride home.
